Shipping

Below are some common questions about shipping.

What shipping options do I have?

We offer a number of shipping options to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

U.S. Shipping (all 50 states + territories):

Standard Shipping
: USPS Ground Advantage, free for any order $90 or more (3+ tying kits). Otherwise, we charge a flat $6.95 per package. Please expect 3-5 business days for delivery once your item has been processed and shipped.

Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Please select one of these options during checkout. Rates are set by carrier.

We process and ship orders Monday-Saturday, except major holidays.

Shipping to Canada:

We offer USPS, UPS, and DHL shipping to Canada. USPS and UPS are typically the most affordable. Please select one of these options during checkout. Rates are set by the carrier.

All Other International Shipping:

We offer USPS, UPS, and/or DHL shipping—depending on the country. Please select one of these options during checkout. Rates are set by the carrier.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes! We utilize USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping outside the U.S.

When selecting your preferred shipping, please note the following:

  • USPS is frequently the most affordable, but sometimes slower.
  • UPS and DHL may be faster, but is often more expensive.
How long does it take to ship my order?

We process and ship orders Monday-Saturday, except major holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or major holidays are processed Monday / the next business day.

All of our kits are individually created, sorted and packaged by our team, by hand, in our workshop—we don't dropship or use a third party. We're confident you'll see the difference.

Please allow 1 business day for creating and processing your tying kit(s). That means if you place order on Monday, we will ship your kit(s) on Tuesday.

Orders

Below are some of are common questions about orders.

How do returns work?

We know that sometimes conditions or plans change. We offer returns for store credit for all unaltered, unused and in new condition tying kits—up to 30 days from the day your package is delivered. Customers are responsible for purchasing and initiating return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@flysci.com BEFORE shipping anything. We'll help set you up for success. We process returns upon receipt of the package.

I need to change or cancel my order. Help?

We do our best to efficiently process and fulfill orders so you can get to tying (and fishing) ASAP. That said, if we haven’t shipped your item yet, we do accept cancellations.

For cancellations, it's best to call us at 505-585-4071 so we can process it in a timely manner.

Please note: If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to initiate a return. Email us at support@flysci.com and we'll help you out.

What if there's an issue with my order?

If we make a mistake on your order we will absolutely correct it at no cost to you. We’re a small business, and even though we rarely goof—it can happen. Don’t hesitate to reach us at support@flysci.com—we’ll make it right.
